| EXCHANGE
& REFUND POLICY |
| In
the event the goods you have purchased from
Jack Michael are defective and you wish
to exchange or return them, please deliver
the garments and its original undamaged
packaging to our boutique in Wembley. Provided
that the garments have not been used and
are returned in fully resaleable condition
within 14 days, we will be happy to exchange
those goods or give you refund. If we find
that the goods have been used or are not
in fully resaleable condition, we reserve
the right to refuse to exchange those goods
or give a refund. We are unable to exchange
or make refunds on goods that are personalised
or made to measure/bespoke orders.
